Pitch deck
First structure the problem, audience, solution, market, traction, business model and ask properly, then build slides.

AI presentation tools
Presentation tools fall into two groups: those that generate a whole deck from a prompt (Gamma, Beautiful.ai) and those that work inside an existing application (Copilot in PowerPoint, Gemini in Slides, Canva). Language models and MultipleChat Studio produce the outline and copy, which is then assembled elsewhere.

Deck Workflows
A good deck isn't just pretty. It needs a clear thesis, audience, dramaturgy, evidence, visual hierarchy and an exportable format. AI can help, but weak logic isn't fixed by good layout.
First structure the problem, audience, solution, market, traction, business model and ask properly, then build slides.
Make the customer's pain point, value, proof, cases, objections and next steps clearer than a generic product deck.
Plan learning objectives, modules, examples, quiz questions, speaker notes and handout separately.
Keep the core message, numbers, risks, decisions and open items short, and start each slide with a statement.
Before exporting, check that each slide has a clear statement, that numbers and sources are correct, that corporate design is followed, that images are licensed, and that the deck can be edited cleanly in PowerPoint, PDF or Google Slides. For clients, investors and management, the story matters more than the number of slides.
Learn AI
Tools alone aren't enough. Good results come from clear tasks, better prompts, source checking, data awareness and understanding when AI helps and when human oversight matters more.
Multi-model
Many users compare ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity manually across several tabs. MultipleChat brings this way of working into one interface: projects, context, model comparison and repeatable workflows.
One model is rarely best at everything. Claude can be strong for text, Perplexity for sources, Gemini for Google workflows, ChatGPT for all-round tasks. Comparing them saves time and reduces blind dependence on a single model.
Risks
Professional users need a sober view of AI tools. A model can sound convincing and still be wrong. It can invent sources, repeat outdated information or send confidential data to a service whose rules don't fit the organization.
For sensitive data: no customer data, passwords, contract contents, health data or internal strategy documents should be copied into a tool before data protection, provider terms and team rules are clarified. For published content: verify the facts, check sources and don't reuse others' work without attribution.
Would I send this same text, data or file to an external supplier? If not, it probably doesn't belong in an AI tool without checks.
